By Kevin Keenan I have just submitted an update to diveRsity to CRAN. In this version you will find a handy new function, microPlexer, which launches a shiny web app, allowing you to design high-throughput microsatellite multiplexes based on locus size ranges and fluorophore technology. With the aid of ggplot2 and some modified code from Whinston Chang's excellent website, these multiplex groups can be visualised for downstream PCR tests.
